On a 6-monthly basis we produce Best Practice reports that are shared across our centre network to share all of the good practice that has taken place across the UK over the previous 6 months.
The guides will help to provide:
- An overview of performance of the centre network during the last round of monitoring activities
- Areas of best practice demonstrated by centres
- Common areas for improvement with suggested solutions
- Other recommendations to help improve delivery
Centre can also choose to feature their organisations and practice within future publications of the guide by simply speaking with their quality assurer or a member of the Customer Service Team who will be delighted to help.
