This survey is part of a review on preparedness levels to deal with instances of malpractice and maladministration.
It will help to shape the future sharing of best practice and highlight any areas for further training and support we can provide to support you in guarding against its occurrence in the delivery of qualifications.
The survey should take no longer than 5 - 10 minutes to complete and you do not need to provide your contact details if you would prefer not to.
The survey is not looking to highlight potential instances of malpractice and maladministration and, if you would like to report any instances you should do so by emailing [email protected].
