Social media strategies enable organisations to work effectively in engaging with their customers and the wider market place ensuring that the tools and messages communicated are effective, appropriate and meet the required objectives.
It will support you to identify and develop opportunities to address business challenges through the development and engagement of social media strategies whilst developing the skills and knowledge to work effectively with others collaboratively in a business.
Demonstrating these skills could support sustainable employment as well as further your career prospects with an existing or new employer.

This qualification is aimed at people over 16 years of age.
There are no formal entry requirements, however, in order to benefit from undertaking the qualification you should at least possess communication skills sufficient enough to allow you to meet the assessment requirements and either be a business owner and/or employee who has some responsibility for business development plans.
You will also be required to hold employment for the length of the qualification in order that you are able to meet the evidence requirements.
You will have an initial assessment with your learning provider where any individual learning needs you may have will be reviewed and appropriate support put in place
