SFEDI Awards Qualification Consultation

As part of the development and regulatory process we actively encourage the gathering of feedback from potential users of our qualifications to ensure that they meet their intended use.
The first stage consultation for the latest qualifications from SFEDI Awards has now been completed and we are now opening the process up to a wider voluntary consultation.
We are looking to consult on the following new qualifications:
Business Administration
* Level 1 Certificate in Business Administration
* Level 1 Certificate in Principles of Business Administration
* Level 2 Certificate in Principles of Business Administration
Customer Service
* Level 1 Certificate in Customer Service
* Level 1 Certificate in Principles of Customer Service
* Level 2 Certificate in Principles of Customer Service
* Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service
* Level 3 Certificate in Principles of Customer Service
* Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service
* Level 4 Diploma in Customer Service
Digital Marketing
* Level 2 Diploma in Digital Marketing for Business
* Level 2 Extended Diploma in Digital Marketing for Business
Event Planning
* Level 2 Certificate in Event Planning
* Level 3 Certificate in the Principles of Event Management
Public Relations
* Level 4 Diploma in Public Relations
* Level 4 Extended Diploma in Public Relations
Social Enterprise Support
* Level 5 Certificate in Professional Business and Enterprise Support Services for Social Enterprises
We are looking to gather your thoughts and comments regarding:
* Content of the units
* Comments on how long you would plan for someone to spend in contact with you to progress through the qualification in relation to the proposed Guided Learning Hours
* Comments on how long you would expect someone to spend independently learning, developing and practising their knowledge and skills in order to progress through the qualification
If you are interested in providing your thoughts on a voluntary basis on the current draft content for any of the proposed qualifications listed above please contact us at [email protected] (mailto:[email protected]?subject=Qualification%20Consultation) and list:

* Company name, if applicable
* Contact email
* Contact phone
* List of the qualifications interested in
We will be distributing the draft content to those expressing an interest on Friday 22 April with feedback being collected by Friday 6 May.
Please note that we receive feedback from multiple users of qualifications and so the final product may not directly represent the specific feedback provided by individuals as we aim to achieve a balance of needs from all of those who are part of the consultation process.
