Registr8 Data Cleanse

Recently you will have received an update from SFEDI Awards telling you about how to withdraw learners that are no longer on programme.

To support the delivery and quality assurance of qualifications it’s important that if a learner is no longer working towards the programme you should withdraw them from their qualification on the Registr8 system.

This is really easy to do by simply accessing their individual qualification record and clicking the withdraw button next to the corresponding qualification.

And don’t worry, as long as the learner is still within the 2 year rule and returns to the programme at a later date you can notify a member of the Customer Service Team and they will be happy to reactivate their registration for you.

To support this process we will shortly be sending through a report of all of the live learners currently listed against your centre to the main contact we have listed.

We would appreciate if you could take time to review the list and let us know if any of the learners who are currently showing as live should have been withdrawn from their programme.

We will then withdraw the learners for you making sure that your registration data is completely up to date.

From that point you will be able to manage your own registrations, withdrawals and certification claims to make sure that the data held on the Registr8 system is always up to date supporting both the delivery and quality assurance of the qualifications you provide.

Registr8 Updates

Also, don’t forget if your finance department has requested that PO numbers are issued on invoices for registrations then you must enter the PO number for the learner at the time of registering on the Registr8 system.

Please ensure that numbers are entered accurately to save any delays for your finance department as this may lead to unnecessary delays in the registration and certification of learners.

As well as this, we have also updated the system so that if it looks as though you are about to create a duplicate learner record the system will notify you of this.

If a learner already has a record on the system and you are wanting to register them for a further unit or qualification, simply go to their existing record and add the new unit or qualification using the drop down menu available.

Accurate registration, withdrawal and certification claims are important so that the delivery and certification of qualifications runs smoothly and quickly for you and your learners and so that no unnecessary administration charges are incurred.
